For the home page I used a picture I took in Tennessee.
For the top of the other pages I used a picture I took of a dock.
When making the site I decided to use my personal logo, flyer, stop motion and the about me video. I decided to use that video because it showed a lot of work I've done outside of class. It also makes it less cluttered on the site when it's in one video. Lastly I posted my Blog on the home page. I also posted my Instagram too.

Political Cartoon

1. I'm going to focus on Jeff Sessions and how he thinks opioids are fine but weed is not.
2. Have him speaking and to a man smoking and Jeff is like take these instead and theres a ghost like don't do it.
3. I want to show how dangerous opioids are. By making this cartoon people can see how dangerous opioids can be.

We decided to use sticky notes because we wanted it to looklike a flip book. Then we drew each frame and took pictures of each one in stop motion. Lastly, we imported it to Imovie and added music. After the video was made, we exported it to Youtube.

Today we learned some code to make a video game. First we learned how to move the character. Then we learned how to change the color of the boxes. Then we learned how to move the boxes and where how big and small the boxes could be. Lastly we learned how to change the characters.

First I made a demo video just to see how I move works since I haven’t played with it in a long time. Then when I decided to make the real one I started from my high school career so you could see where I have been. In the second part I focus on my college career so you know what I am doing now and where I am going.

CAD

We made a key chain in tinker cad. We learned how to join and unjoin objects. We also learned how to make holes in objects.
Then we learned how to find shapes and texts. After that we learned how to make work planes.
Finally I made A table out of gears a cylinder and the paraboloid. I started with the gear for a base. Then I put a cylinder on top. Then I stacked paraboloid together. Then I cut out a gear in the table and place another one in there.

personal logo

We followed a tutorial to learn how to make a logo. Then we made our own. I chose one of my photographs of a squirrel that I took on campus. I put it on Photoshop and just used the outline of it. Then I made a new layer as a background and made it white. Then I chose a text and played around with shadows.

1. head of the art department and sells his paintings. I don't know what paint he uses.
2. He didn't say what program but he says he takes a picture of his artwork and cuts the part he wants out and he sends it to a company to make.
3. yes it does look like something you could learn easy.

5. I think the most interesting thing is how passionate and how he thinks a professional page is important for everyone not just artist.

flyer

I chose the picture I took for my Aunt and Uncle's wedding shop, "Dress for a Day". I changed the picture to black and white and made some places darker or lighter. Then I changed the opacity and put a white layer behind it. Next, I put text and I made it so it would have white around the text. Lastly, I added a shadow.
In the sushi relearned how to change text color and Fill boxes. How to get it the same color is to use the eyedrops tool. Then we learn how to change the font.

Watermark

Today we got to mess with watermarks. First we went to action and press record. Then we made sure the resolution was correct. After that we put a text on and put shadows behind it. Then we changed the opacity. Finally we moved where we wanted our watermark to be.

Photo Editing

The first thing I did was crop the image. We learned about deleting objects like I deleted a hill. Then I changed the white part to match the sky. Then I adjusted the exposure and the hue. Then I painted the stuff I didn't want it to be exposed. Lastly I change the style of the picture to look like sandstone and I made so it was far apart but not make it too blurry.

Trade face

We traded faces with a classmate. We had to cut there face and put it on ours. Then we erased the edges. Then we learned how contrasted the face so we had the same skin color. Then we blended the faces.

Pittsburg Pirates

What statements stood out the most?
1. "Growing up always been interested in art. I began taking graphic design classes in high school and soon realized I could have a steady career in the art field. I decided to study graphic design in college." This stood out to me because it's a lot like the path I'm taking in life.
2. "Ads, logos, t-shirts, apparel, packaging, brochure and publication design, motion graphics and on occasion video and TV." This stood out to me because I didn't realize they did that much.
3. "You constantly have to push yourself to be the best designer possible. It's important to keep up with the latest design trends and software." I thought this was a good reminder because as people we are stubborn to change.

Trace face

We had other people take pictures of their face. Then we opened up photoshop and started tracing their face. We also learned how to make different layer.

Helvetica

1. The font can tell you what type of company it is. For example if the letters are rigid it could mean that they are very futuristic. I think a good example of that is Apples boxes it's very simple and reminds me of a modern home.
2. This is because he's telling you what the company is. I define it as it it shows you the image of what they are and there story.
3. I use Times new roman because I write a lot of papers.
4.  Theres many types of communication. An image can do just as well as talking to someone.

I think Fedex has a good logo because simple logo to it. They also has an arrow in it to show you there moving forward
